Thanks to its philosophy, based on a lean production and the principles of TPS (Toyota production system), on the 5S, on the excellence in quality and on a process of continuous improvement (kaizen 改善), GEMELS has specialized over the years in the design and production of valves for special & critical applications, providing customers lean solutions and customized valves.

Thanks to the rigorous study of advanced and innovative solutions by the R&D department, GEMELS S.p.A. has also obtained 4 patents in Italy and Europe.

The design department, in collaboration with the technical one, develops specific customized valves for the application for which they are designed. Our technicians have a long experience in the design of hydraulic and oil & gas valves applied on many plants worldwide.

Another very active subject is the design of hydraulic pressure relief valves and of overcenter valves. In addition to the custom design, the technicians, in collaboration with the R&D department, are constantly engaged in the research and design of new solutions used in the end market of our products.
